Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately due to the nature of majority of our products they may not be able to be refunded or exchanged. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details for embroidery or personalisation. If a mistake has occurred we are unable to provide a refund but please contact us so we can try and help fix the problem. If the error was on our behalf please notify us and we can arrange to have this rectified.

If there is a fault with a product please make contact with us so we can work with you in fixing the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Pending on the item or personalisation a refund may or may not possible.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lilgreenrhino@hotmail.com

Returns (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
